I have embarked on a new journey of health, wellness in my life since I started using the USANA products. I looked toward USANA once I realized my health record was certainly following my family's. I was under an extreme amount of stress and I knew changes were needed. While listening to an audio book by Steven Covey I heard, "If you keep doing what you have always been doing, you will keep getting what you have always been getting." The words penetrated my mind and I knew, if I wanted something different, I had to change.

I started taking the USANA HealthPak and attempted to make changes in my life, but I didn’t notice much of a difference in my health. Yet, I seemed to have powered up my immune system because I remained healthy when exposed to several contagious individuals with various illnesses.
